Request removal of personal data we store when you chat with a business using Conversell on Messenger, Instagram, or WhatsApp.

What we delete
- Conversation history (messages you exchanged with the bot)
- Profile information cached from Meta (name, profile picture where available)
- Session state associated with your chat
Aggregated, non-identifying analytics and merchant billing records are not end-user personal data and may be retained where legally required.
Messenger & Instagram
Remove the Conversell app from your Facebook or Instagram account settings, or use Meta's built-in data deletion flow. Meta notifies us automatically and we purge your data for the relevant business bot.
WhatsApp does not trigger Meta's automatic deletion callback. You can:
- Submit the form below with your phone number (including country code)
- Email privacy@conversell.ai
- Send "delete my data" in your WhatsApp conversation with the bot
Timeline
We process requests as quickly as possible and within 30 days at most, in line with GDPR and Meta platform requirements.
