Unless explicitly permitted, you may not:

• Use the solution for any illegal, immoral, or unauthorized purposes.
• Remove proprietary notices or restrictions from content.
• Violate users' privacy or collect personal information without express consent.
• Disrupt operation of the solution or its servers.
• Misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Copy, modify, or translate content from our websites without authorization.
• Transmit viruses, worms, spyware, or any harmful computer code.
• Use the solution for purposes for which it is not intended.

When you use or integrate our solutions, we may collect personal information from your customers/end-users as detailed in our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to this collection, processing, transfer, and use of data.

The solution, content, and all intellectual property rights including inventions, patents, trademarks, copyrightable materials, domain names, and trade secrets are owned by and/or licensed to Conversell, protected by applicable laws and international treaties.

We grant your company a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sub-licensable license to use our integrated services. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. This agreement does not convey ownership of any kind.

We reserve the right to modify, correct, amend, enhance, or discontinue this solution at any time without notice. You agree that we shall not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the solution or its content.

By providing a payment method, you represent that you are authorized to use it and authorize us to charge subscription fees, applicable taxes, and other charges. Your account may be suspended until payment issues are resolved.

The billed amount may vary due to promotional offers, subscription changes, or applicable tax changes. You authorize us to charge your payment method accordingly.

We do not warrant that access to the solution will be uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free, or that information will be complete, accurate, or timely.

In no event shall we, our directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profit, or revenue resulting from your use of the services.

Our total liability to you for any cause of action shall be limited to the lesser of: (a) the amount paid by you during the six months prior to the cause of action, or (b) US$100.

Your rights under this Agreement will automatically terminate without notice if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of our solution services, and we may immediately revoke your access without refund of any purchases.

We reserve the right to change, modify, add, or remove any portion of these Terms, in whole or in part, at any time, by posting the revised terms on the website. Your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
